Extending additional support to our farmers

Beyond our normal programmes, we look to support our upcoming farming community in simple yet constructive ways. With fertilizer prices having skyrocketed in the last while the process of soil sampling and analysis is now of even greater importance to farmers and particularly for those with tighter budgets. HGA approached Johnson Soil Augers to source a Beater Rapid Sampler soil auger and were glad to hear that they were willing to sponsor our initiative with one. We are now taking soil samples for the farmers with whom we engage and then getting these to Cedara for analysis and ensuring farmers are able to implement accurate soil corrections before planting and use their resources as best as possible.
